VanguardClub
A special space for students who complete their monthly checklists with care and consistency.
For these students, we will organize special istişare gatherings together with various programs and activities throughout the year.
Students who complete their monthly çetele/checklist will be invited into Vanguard Club for that cycle.
We will sit down with participating students, listen to their ideas, and make plans together through consultation.
Students in Vanguard Club will be included in special programs, activities, and opportunities prepared for them.
Participation will be reviewed monthly based on the new checklist, giving every student a fresh opportunity to qualify.
Please use the QR codes placed on the tables during Open House to access and complete the camp survey.
Your responses will help us understand availability, preferences, and interest as we organize future camp experiences.
06 • Camp Survey
Help us plan
the camps together.
We would like to hear from families before finalizing camp plans for the year.
Our winter camp is planned for the mid-year break.
Our summer camp will close out the year with shared activities and time together.
08 • What We Ask From Parents
It works when
we do it together.
Our program depends on family participation. These small, consistent contributions help us keep the program warm, organized, and sustainable for every student.
Being punctual helps the program start and finish smoothly for students and mentors.
Families will take turns providing simple snacks or refreshments for the group.
We ask parents to keep consistent communication with the group mentor throughout the year.
When possible, we encourage families to pray in congregation with their children at home.
Make room for shared reading at home so learning continues beyond the weekly gathering.
09–10 • Community
Belong. Serve. Grow.
Students thrive when the program extends beyond one weekly meeting and becomes part of a caring community.
BCF Community Group
Stay connected with the larger BCF family.
We encourage every family to join the BCF Community group for announcements, opportunities, updates, and stronger communication throughout the year.
Community Service
Teach service by doing service.
Throughout the year, we plan age-appropriate service experiences so students can turn values into action.
11 • Qurban Contribution
Join this year’s Qurban offering.
Last year, our community came together to offer 13 Qurbans.
As part of this year’s program, Bright Choice Foundation will organize a Qurban offering. Families who would like to participate may send a contribution of any amount through Zelle.
